The Devil Wears Prada

 The Devil Wears Prada is about a college graduate, Andrea Sacha (Anne Hathaway), who goes to New York and lands a position as a co-assistant to a powerful fashion magazine editor Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep). 

Andrea stumbles with her job and fits in poorly with her fashion conscious coworkers. With the help of the art director Nigel (Stanley Tucci), who loans her designer clothes, she gradually learns her responsibilities and begins to dress more stylish to show her effort and commitment to the position.

She had proven herself to Priestly by accomplishing the most impossible task, which saved her job and saves Priestly from being embarrassed at a charity benefit, Priestly rewards her by taking her to the fall fashion show in Paris. 

For those of you who have not seen The Devil Wears Prada, what happens next will not be shared. This movie is a great way to see what it would be like to become a magazine editors assistant. Like any job, it takes work and dedication if this is what you want to do with your life. 

The U.S. Vogue editor Anna Wintour, was believed to have been the inspiration of Priestly.
