When you work out, do you work out in traditional active wear or do you workout in designer shoes? Do you prefer flats over shoes that grabs the foot better as well as supporting it better? Everyone has their preference as long as they are comfortable. Key word, "comfortable". There is nothing worse then wearing shoes that don't fit right and not fit for working out. I've probably seen people wear sandals, boots, wedges and so on when it comes to working out. Are you someone that just wears what she wants to wear or do you stick with comfort?
