Have you ever thought about why it's important for Fashion Week to happen? Only lasts for a week but this allows the designers to display their latest collections on the runway to buyers and the media. As most of us know, the events influence trends for the current and upcoming seasons. Think of a domino effect. The designers create the clothes, buyers and or media expand the collection to multiple outlets, celebrities promote the collections and we therefore buy the trend or create a twist to the trend. If there was never a Fashion Week, what do you think would happen? We would notice trends recycling too much. There wouldn't be anything new which would hurt companies nation wide. Yes, you can think of different ways to dress the same trend but sooner or later you will run out of ideas. That's why it's important to support our designers and their creativity. It's important to hold these Fashion Weeks so that they can continue to give inspiration to the next generations. To help build and or expand companies nationwide. It's important to let their voice as well as ours be heard.
