Diane Von Furstenberg Fashion Shows

Diane Von Furstenberg Fall/Winter 2013 New York Fashion Week
Creative. A "U" shape runway. Love the back of the runway where the flat walls are moving in circles. There is also DVF and many "O's" on the walls which is an eye catching brand representation. I also like the the "O's" are also on the runway. Great way to connect the runway to the back. Line presents prints, wrap dresses, pea coats, blouses, capri, fur, jumpsuit, sheer, wing patterns, evening gowns, workwear, maxi dresses, fur vest, velvet, metallic, mixing prints, and high waist pants. Color consists of maroon, white, reds, browns, black, gold, gray, blue, navy, and purple/pink. I liked the change in women's workwear. It's a nice way to make it fun. I would give this 10/10

Definitely like how the dresses are just flowing with ease. Definitely some outfits I would wear. Sense of elegance, sexy and a hint of playfullness. I would give this 8/10

Diane Von Furstenberg New York Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2014
Creative. A "U" shape runway with the brand logo on the back of the runway. I love how the back of the runway has two different patterns on it and how one of the patterns covers the runway. The band is a nice change of pace to help enhance the show. Line presents mixture of patterns and prints, dresses, sequence, layering, sweaters, workwear, high waist pants, fur, loose blouses, sheer tops, burnouts, skirts, and over size coats. Color consists of black, white, grays, red, purple, golds, and tans. I liked the strategic placement of the floral/wing pattern to make the women seem slimmer. I can definitely see that on a lot of women who want to make their sides seem slimmer. At times, I felt like the mixing of prints was too much. How it was either put together or the multiple different prints that would be over whelming to the average shopper. I would give this 8/10

Diane Von Furstenberg Spring 2015 Ready-to-Wear Fashion Show
Average. A "U" shape runway with the brand logo at the back of the runway. A faded picture behind the logo for added effect which was a nice touch. Line presents plaid, wrap dresses, stripes, shirt dresses, spring dresses, crop top, skirts, floral print, shorts, loose shirts, fading color, workwear, sequence, wing pattern, mixing patterns and prints. Color consists of black, white, gray, light pink, light blue, purple, green, orange and yellow. I added this video so that you get to hear Diane Von Furstenberg talk about her collection as well as what others thought of the collection. I personally enjoy hearing from the designer themselves but just in case it's not for everyone, I will only post one every once in a while of the designer being in the video. I would give this 7/10.
