Season one, the buyers were: Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and H&M. In season two, H&M was replaced by Express. Sometimes, there are bidding wars between the buyers on a garment and if the total amount if a tie, the designer then can choose which buyer get’s their garment. If the designer’s clothes didn’t get purchased from the buyers, that designer would be up for elimination.
The three judges then choose which unsold designer is sent home. The final three contestants then must create three separate showcases of three garments for each buyer. Whoever meets the needs of the three buyers will be titled “Fashion Star”.
