Reminder! As the weather starts to change, many will tend to be less active. Fight the need to run back to your bed to sleep more. Get up and do something to keep you active. Dance, go to the gym, go out running, rock climb, go hiking and or biking. Anything to stay active. It can also be as little as just going on a walk. The object of the game isn't to lose weight, the object of the game is to just stay active. Studies have shown that staying active is good for the mind, body and soul. Keeps the mind clear, keeps the body healthy and overall helps keep the soul charged metaphorically speaking.
