Just came back from a mini vacation and wow, I feel relaxed. Sometimes vacations are just what we need to take a break from it all. Detach from social media. Detach from high expectations and just live a little. There has been a study that too much time spent on social media can increase anxiety and depression. Not sure how much of that is true but I for one enjoyed just being away from it all. If you are going to be away for a week in a different place and or just staying home for a week, give it a try. You may be surprised.
