Casual work wear. You can still dress to impress in casual wear. Studies have shown that when dressing in casual work wear, employees tend to relax quicker and remain happier. However, the show in going that extra mile tends to lack. When we dress the whole nine yards, we go that extra mile to impress. We work hard and make sure there are minimal mistakes. Not saying this can't happen with casual wear. However, in most cases, it actually hasn't happened. This can change depending on the person!
