More sneaker love for those who have a goal to get a cross the finish line. I'm in this new challenge that started at work. Work out daily, eat health and so long. More or less, it's a way to keep the coworkers moving. I actually like this idea. It's pushing the coworkers and I to drink more water and stay active. Avoid fast food and fried food. Practice for the 5K and or 10K as well as joining a aerobics class. Try something new. Seeing how I dance already, I've set up classes for my coworkers which my points actually double and they still receive points. Seeing your coworkers outside of work moving a certain way can be entertaining but it turns into team building fun. Check with your work to see if there is something you can join. It definitely makes the week go by fast while remaining fun.
