Do you feel like you are being challenged? If not, put a list together listing your strengths on one side and weaknesses on the other side. Add a column for goals. Give yourself credit but not too much that you begin to lie. Don't say you can do 200 correct squats when in reality you can only do 30. If 200 is something you want to reach, add it to your goals column. Come up with a list and work on completing it . You'll be surprised what you can accomplish in one week. As long as things are reasonable and within reach. Anything out of reach will take a while to accomplish.
