Have you noticed the change in scarves? They are now made long enough for a hooded look and or thick enough that it can cover your nose. This actually makes it easier for people for when it's really windy, they have that option to use their scarf instead of trying to block the wind with their hands or coat hood that is stiff. A scarf lays just right that it will be harder for the wind with just blow off. On the plus side, you can layer the scarf with the jacket for added warmth. Love the new styles that are coming out!
