It's almost day and night when it comes to accessories. The amount you wear to the combination. Do you have a pop of color or keep things neutral? Are the accessories settle or bold? Some people can just layer and layer their accessories any day of the week, with any outfit, doing anything that they want to do. I find myself not being able to do that. If I'm wearing an elegant sleek dress, I don't want to layer my accessories. Most of you can agree with this statement. So when it enough and when should you experiment?
