Not sure about other blogs but to be honest, when it's stuffy outside and or 90 degree weather. Not many people want to wear dresses to look good. We want to wear our swim suits and or shorts with a tank top. Little to nothing when it is just uncomfortable outside. Unless you are use to the heat, being outside can just turn your day upside down. However, when it's night time, the weather is just comfortable and beautiful. Wear your shorts and tank top during the day but at night, class it up. Feel sexy and go have fun.
