Moschino Fashion Shows

Moschino Cheap and Chic F/W 12-13 Fashion Show
Not that creative. It was simple and in a small room. I liked the different designs that came down the walkway however. This collection had texture, color and unusual placement. There are prints and geometric patterns. There are a couple of pieces that are questionable that I don't see many people wearing but overall, this collection gave a Paris vibe. I do like how they had someone come in and play on the guitar. I've noticed that some fashion shows are starting to have someone come in and sing. However, I've only started noticing this after Victoria's Secret fashion show has been doing it for years. I would probably give this show, clothes and background a 5/10
Moschino Cheap & Chic Fall/Winter 2013 Fashion Show
Creative. It gave you a feeling of an underground event. Fashion from the underground. The runway was also a square and in the dark with a few lights. It had edge to it along with the collection. The collection itself had animal prints as well as letter prints. A lot of pink, and neutrals. Playing with volume, pleated bubble style is on the bottom of the suit dresses and regular dresses. I would probably give this Fashion show a 7/10.
Moschino Spring/Summer 2014 Fashion Show
Creative. The show starts off with someone coming on the stage dancing to the music. A definite change from the last fashion show. The models are actually dancing along while walking the runway. Fun fashion shows are more entertaining to watch. The runway is in a "U" shape and only the runway is lit. When the next section starts, two pairs of models are walking together. There are prints, chains, plaid and a play with asymmetrical lines along with sheer and lace. Colors are shades of red, neutrals, black and white. This is also different from what we usual see on the runways. Usually one model is walking at a time. In regards to the theme, the pillars and the red curtain works with the collection. Along with the music in making it feel like a party. The collection had elegance, felt like a party with a mix of a Mexican theme. I would give this show a 8/10.
Moschino Fall/Winter 2014-2015 Fashion Show
Average. This Fashion show actually cracked me up. I never thought someone would create a line that started off with McDonald's. You almost don't want to take it seriously but then the line changes to a more hip-hop style. Then it transforms into a rocker chic till you get to Spongebob Squarepants. Gold chains, peace signs, loose pants, hat on backwards and crop tops. The runway is the classic straight runway with the usual designer name at the back of the runway. The collection definitely jumped everywhere. The second part of the show was a collection of food clothing outfits with the ending result of a newspaper looking outfit. This was definitely different and it would make sense to have a simple runway when your collection has many themes. It was not boring and the clothes had elegance. I would probably give this show a 8/10
Moschino Umo Spring/Summer 2015 Fashion Show
Average. This fashion show has women and men in the show. It's not very often that you get to see both walking the runway. The collection is made up of beachwear, the British flag, smiley faces, fishnet, denim, suits and dreads for the hairstyle. Denim is finally getting a update. The runway is in a "U" shape with the classic designer name on the back of runway. Nothing special to the background. The collection had a nice flow. With a collection like this, you don't want to do too much with the background. Otherwise, it would seen like too much is going on. It was actually smart to do simple. I would give this a 8/10
