Matthew Williamson Spring/Summer 2013 London Fashion Week
Creative. The view of the roof tops is different. Brings in a lot of natural light and goes with the collection. The classic straight runway gives the illusion that the girls are walking off into the city. Gives the idea of street style. The collection goes with the view. The collection also consist of work wear, rompers, high waist shorts and skirts, embroidery, high low dresses and skirts, blazers, and maxi dresses. The color consists of sky blue, gold, purples, pinks, light green, neutrals, and tie-dye effect. A nice change to women work clothes. I would give this a 9/10.
Matthew Williamson Ready to Wear Fall 2013 Vogue Fashion Week
Average. Wood flooring is a nice change of pace as well as the back of the show being cut in half. Triangle shapes that look like they are coming out of the wall as well as the Victorian style bar windows. The idea is there but I would of probably done something different with the white triangle cut off to draw in the wood, the Victorian windows and collection. The collection consist of long shirt dresses, sweaters, colors fading into other colors, petticoats, lines and floral prints. Colors consist of shades of red, purples, blues, browns, neutrals, shades of orange and greens. The runway does turn off to the right so it's also not the classic straight runway. I would probably give this show a 7/10
Matthew Williamson Spring/Summer 2014 London Fashion Week
Average. Very simple and clean which works well for a work wear collection. The classic straight runway with cut off on the sides adds a little change to the runway. Looks like the fashion show happened in a narrow room. Collection has work wear, sheer, floral prints, sheen, dresses, jumpsuits, lines and patterns. Colors consist of pinks, coral, olive green, neutrals, yellows, and plum. Even though the theme behind work wear is clean cut, doing something simple as a narrow room is to be expected but overall, there was nothing that stands out. Maybe the thought process behind this was to let the clothes stand out more and in doing so, a blank canvas is the way to go. I would give this a 6/10

Creative. The lines on the ground adds to the collections. The back of the runway resembles a building. It's definitely something that isn't seen very often with fanned out lines to the building. When watching the show, the lines make the models seem small as they are walking towards us and then big as they are walking back towards the back of the runway. You get an optical illusion. The Collection is made up of lines, pock-a-dots, fur, patterns, sheen, sheer and lots of embroidery. He continues work wear as well as adding many dresses, maxi, short and shirt and leggings. Color consists of pink, purple, neutrals, yellow, black and white, reds, and greens. I would give this a 9/10

Creative. When you start this video, right away you see the background that shows trees and or plants. Even though the runway was the classic straight runway, the runway was an off white, maybe light brown color which brings the collections out. Plain white runway would of had a miss connection with the plants in the back to the collection. The collections consists of floral prints and with the theme being spring, the background goes with the collection. In the collection, you see work wear, patterns, prints, dresses, high waisted skirts, blouses, ruffles, sheer tops and bottoms, fringe with high low dresses. There is one dress I would love to wear and it would be the green high low dress at 3:34. Colors consists of shades of blue, pinks, purples, neutrals, yellows and greens. I would give this a 9/10.
