Hope everyone that is working in retail is having a good season. May be busy right now but remember that this rush is only temporary. before you know it, it will be back to normal. For those working commission, sell like there is no tomorrow because I know that is your paycheck. You can't afford to just let customers come and go without even trying to help them! Christmas is just around the corner and I love it! To be pushed to the max shows who can handle the pressure and who can't. Those who can handle the pressure are the ones you want to keep and eye on for the future. Those who cant are those who need more guidance. Good luck everyone!!!
