Getting a promotion means everything when you get it. You finally are getting notices, you get paid more, you even get t o dress nicer. There are so many great perks to moving up in a company. If you are a job that you don't see yourself moving up in, either you need to find a better job or re-evaluate your life goals. I don't know anyone that wouldn't want to get an increase in pay. I don't know anyone that would not want to better them selves. With so many opportunities out there. Don't settle, aim for the top!
